Counselling​

My rate is £45 / hour, payable on the day either by cash or bank transfer.
 

I offer a reduced fee of £25 for the first 1-hour meeting which allows you to meet me and for us to decide if we would like to work together.

Concessions: If you are feeling under pressure financially, I do offer a limited number of sessions per client at a reduced rate so please ask.

Short term or long term?

​

Some difficulties can be resolved quite quickly, while others can take more time to work through. Therapy is offered on an open-ended basis. It usually comes to a planned end whenever it feels right for you to stop. For more information, please visit the FAQ page.​

Cancellations and non-attendance

​

 Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing an appointment. Unless a last-minute cancellation was due to an emergency situation, you will be expected to pay the full fee.
